The Lead: The Holy Cross men's rowing team competed at the Head of the Charles on Oct. 21-22.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Holy Cross' men's club eight boat competed first, finishing 36th of 38 teams with a time of 17:25.348.
• The Crusaders' men's championship eight boat finished with a time of 14:59.820.
• The men's collegiate eight boat finished 25th of 37 boats with a time of 15:17.056
