Sarah Baldwin enters her second season as a volleyball assistant coach at the College of the Holy Cross in 2022-23. Baldwin arrived on The Hill after spending five years as an assistant coach at Southwestern University.

At Southwestern, Baldwin served as the sole assistant, recruiting coordinator and director of operations, while helping the Pirates to a 113-42 record over five seasons. Baldwin successfully recruited 24 high-impact players over her tenure and primarily focused on defense and serve-receive. Baldwin’s time at Southwestern was highlighted by a trip to the Division III Final Four in 2016.

Prior to her time at Southwestern, Baldwin had an illustrious playing career at the University of Texas at Austin as a four-year starter, primarily as the libero. As a player with the Longhorns, Baldwin won three Big 12 Championships (2011, 2012, 2013), made three NCAA Semifinal appearances (2010, 2012, 2013) and captured the NCAA Division I National Championship in 2012.

Baldwin also has camp and club coaching experience with UT Volleyball Camps, All-American Volleyball Camps and Texas Shock Volleyball Club camps in addition to serving as assistant coach for Austin Skyline Juniors.

A native of Kailua, Hawaii, Baldwin is a 2014 graduate of the University of Texas where she earned her BA in sociology and minored in education.
