Josh Reardon is in his first season as a member of the Crusadercoaching staff in 2011, serving as the outside linebackers coach.He joins the Crusaders after spending the previous three seasons atSacred Heart.

During the 2010 campaign, Reardon served as Sacred Heart’sdefensive coordinator, in addition to coaching the secondary. Hewas previously the Pioneers’ secondary coach in 2009 anddefensive line coach in 2008.

Reardon previously spent two seasons as a graduate assistantcoach at Central Michigan from 2006-2007, assisting with thedefensive line and the inside linebackers.

A 2006 graduate of Central Michigan, Reardon earned hisbachelor’s degree in physical education with a minor inhistory. He was a four-year letterman for the Chippewa’s from2001-2004, serving as the team’s long snapper.
