In 2025, Frattaroli aided the Crusaders to a 6-7-6 overall and 3-3-3 conference record. He helped coach the Crusaders to their first playoff berth since 2019 and hosted a Patriot League Tournament game for the first time in program history. He coached 22 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll selections, one Academic All-Patriot League Team member, two All-Patriot League selections, four Patriot League Weekly Award winners, one Crusader of the Week honoree, two CSC Academic All-District picks, and Patriot League Goalkeeper of the Year Aubrey Haesche. He led the Crusaders to notable wins over New Hampshire (3-1), Marist (2-1), Maine (1-0), Navy (1-0), Lafayette (1-0) and Army West Point (3-1).

Frattaroli joined the Crusaders after spending the spring of 2025 working as an assistant coach for the University of New England women’s soccer team. She was also an intern and assistant coach for the men’s team in 2024 and 2025. Outside of the UNE, Frattaroli worked for the Maine Olympic Development Program 2012 as a girls assistant coach in 2025 and has been a Park School & Chestnut Hill Soccer Camp counselor from 2021 to 2025.

A fall 2024 graduate of University of New England, Frattaroli played on the Nor’Easter's women's soccer team for four years as a forward/midfielder. She was a two-time NEWISA DIII All-New England Team selection (2023 & 2024), a two-time United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team honoree (2023 & 2024) and a two-time CNE All-Conference pick (2023 & 2024). She captained the squad to a 13-6-1 overall and 6-2-1 conference record in her 2024 senior season, the best team finish since 2019. She helped the team to two conference semifinals and one conference final appearance during her four-year career. Frattaroli tallied 60 career points on 20 goals and 20 assists with the Nor’Easters. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Educational Studies with a minor in Coaching.
