Capobianco coached the program's first-ever first team All-American, Sarah Reilly, who also earned first team All-Conference and All-Region honors in 2019.

After leading the Hounds to their best season in program history in 2019, Capobianco was named the New England Lacrosse Journal Division II Women's Lacrosse Coach of the Year. Overall, Capobianco coached one first team All-American, six IWLCA All-Region players, 21 All-Northeast-10 Conference selections and five Academic All-Conference honorees during her time with the Greyhounds.

Prior to her time at Assumption, Capobianco spent one year as an assistant coach at Bentley, helping the team an overall record of 11-7. She has also coached for Boston Laxachusetts and the Massachusetts Elite Lacrosse Club, and has been the assistant director of the Nike Lacrosse Camp.

A 2009 graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in arts and humanities, Capobianco played lacrosse for the Minutewomen as a junior and club ice hockey as a senior.
