AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2024-25:
- Scored a career-high six points while grabbing a personal-best six rebounds with a steal in 22 minutes of action against Boston College (Nov. 23)
- Posted four points in five minutes of action at No. 2 Connecticut (Dec. 3)
- Tallied a point with three rebounds and an assist in the win against Bucknell (Jan. 15)
- Manufactured two points, three boards and an assist at Lehigh (Feb. 1)
- Had two points and three rebounds in nine minutes off the bench in the win at Lafayette (Feb. 19)
- Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2023-24:
- Appeared in nine games for the Crusaders, scoring 15 points with 11 rebounds, two blocks and an assist
- Made her collegiate debut in the win at Stonehill (Nov. 29) and recorded a rebound
- Scored her first collegiate points and finished with six points and two rebounds in nine minutes during the win against Conn. College (Dec. 7)
- Handed out an assist and had a block in three minutes of action during the win against Northeastern (Dec. 17)
- Came down with three boards in six minutes during the win at Lafayette (Jan. 17)
- Posted five points with a rebound in five minutes of action in the victory at Loyola (Md.) (Jan. 20)
- Tallied two points and two rebounds in three minutes at Army West Point (Feb. 17)
- Had a block and a rebound in four minutes during the NCAA First Four win against UT Martin (Mar. 21)
- Scored two points against Iowa (Mar. 23) in the NCAA First Round

- Two-time All-League ISL First Team (2021-22 & 2022-23)

- Two-time Washington Post All-Met Honorable Mention honoree (2021-22 & 2022-23)
- Lewis averaged 13 points and 6 rebounds per game as her team was State Runner-Up in 2021-22
- Competed for Team Takeover of the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) under head coach Ron James
- Was the president of the American Sign Language club and was involved with the Black Women's Society and Save Our Seas club
- Earned the Rubacky 3E Award in 2022, which recognizes four students from each class who demonstrate enthusiasm for learning
