Kennedi Thompson is in her second season as the director of operations for the women's basketball team at the College of the Holy Cross in 2022-23.
In her first season on Mount St. James in 2021-22, Thompson was part of the Crusader coaching staff that won the Patriot League regular season title, recorded the 22nd 20-win season in program history as well as setting the program's conference win mark with 14.
Thompson arrives on The Hill after spending two seasons as a graduate assistant and director of operations at Saint Francis College in Brooklyn. At Saint Francis College, Thompson supervised team managers, broke down video, coordinated community service and managed social media.
Thompson graduated in 2019 from Binghamton University where she played four years on the basketball team. As a Bearcat, Thompson was selected as one of 56 women's basketball players to participate in the WBCA "So You Want To Be A Coach" program. Additionally, she was a member of the Athletic Leadership Institute for three years and served on the Student-Athlete Mental Health Committee.
A native of Mullica Hill, N.J., Thompson owns a Master's Degree in Psychology from Saint Francis College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Binghamton.
