2014: Played and started in 14 games… part of the defense that posted a shutout against Loyola (Md.) (9/27)…posted a goal in the 4-1 defeat of Sacred Heart (9/20)…member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.

2013: Started all 20 games … recorded one goal and one assist on the season … scored the game winning goal in 2-1 defeat of Lehigh (11/9) … named to third team all-Patriot League … was part of a defense that posted lowest number of goals against since 2009 and recorded shut outs against Boston University (10/9), Lafayette (10/12) and Colgate (11/12) … member of the Holy Cross Leadership Academy.  

2012: Played and started in 16 games … placed third on the team for goals scored (2)… totaled four points for the season ... scored his first collegiate goal against Rhode Island (9/15) and another against Bucknell (10/13).

BEFORE HOLY CROSS: Played four years of varsity soccer at Edwin O. Smith High School ... captained team as a senior … named All-State and All-New England as a senior … a three-time All-Central Connecticut Conference selection … named All-Hartford Courant three times … two-time team MVP selection … selected to the 2010 ESPN Rise Top 40 in Connecticut … received 2011 NSCAA Scholar All-America honors … helped team win Central Connecticut Conference East championship in 2008 and 2011 … also lettered in tennis … played for the Oakwood Soccer Club.

PERSONAL: Son of Douglas and Eileen Melody ... has two brothers (Dan and Anthony) … majoring in History.
