• Played in one game for the Crusaders
• Member of the Patriot League Honor Roll

Before Holy Cross:

• Four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team under head coach Mike Conklin
• Served as team captain sophomore, junior and senior years
• Won the Nelson T. Shields Lacrosse Award for Leadership/Sportsmanship/Dedication to the program after his sophomore, junior and senior seasons
• Three-time first team All-IPSL (2015-17) and a three-time All-Mid-Atlantic Prep Academic Team
• Named a First Team All-Metro Independent (2017), Second Team All-Metro Independent (2016)
• Won the first league championship in school history as a senior
• Played three years of varsity football under head coach Dan Walker as a wide receiver and an outside linebacker
• Served as team captain for several games
• Competed as a member of the varsity track and field team for as a freshman under head coach Dave Grady
• Played as a member of the Blackwolf Lacrosse club team for head coach Joe Trigiani
• Was a member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, the Conduct Review
• Committee (freshman year) and served as president of the John Marshall Literary Society

Personal:

• Son of James and Karen Cremins
• Father James played club football, rugby and hockey as a member of the Harvard University Class of 1981
• Mother Karen graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1987 and was a member of the varsity swim team at the school
• Has one brother (Sean) and one sister (Caitlin)
• An economics major
