2015: Played in five games as a junior … Played against Fairfield (2/14), Bucknell (3/14), Hartford (3/17), Lafayette (4/4) and Colgate (4/11).
2014: Played in 12 games … recorded four goals and two assists for six points … picked up two ground balls … posted two caused turnovers … scored his first collegiate goal in the 11-9 win at Richmond (3/4) … netted one goal each versus Bucknell (3/15), No. 19 Fairfield (3/22) and Hartford (3/25) … tallied two assists at Lehigh (3/29).
2013: Did not appear in any games.
Before Holy Cross: Three-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Phillips Academy Andover for coach Steve Moreland … team captain during senior year … played club lacrosse for 3D Lacrosse under coaches Jamie Munro and Dave Jenkins … also lettered in ice hockey and football … assistant captain of the ice hockey team during senior year.
Personal: Son of Michael and Carolyn Shannon … father played lacrosse at Holy Cross (Class of 1978), and went on to serve as the team’s head coach in 1980 … mother was a member of the track and field and cheerleading teams at Holy Cross (Class of 1980) … has two brothers (Michael and Christopher) … brother, Michael, played football at Dartmouth (Class of 2007) … brother, Christopher, played football and lacrosse at Duke (Class of 2012) … majoring in History.
