2014: Started inall 15 games … was a team captain … earnedsecond team All-Patriot League honors … won the team’sOffensive Player of the Year Award … led the team with 27goals, while he was second with 10 assists and 37 points …ranked seventh in the Patriot League with 1.80 goals per game… fifth on the team with 26 ground balls … postedthree caused turnovers … scored three goals versus No. 19St. John’s (2/16) … tallied four goals at Harvard(2/25) … posted three goals and one assist at Navy (3/1)… scored the game-winner in the 11-9 victory at Richmond(3/4) as he totaled two goals and one assist for three points… posted back-to-back hat-tricks versus No. 19 Fairfield(3/22) and in the 13-8 win at Hartford (3/25) … talliedthree goals and one assist for four points at Dartmouth (4/29)… earned Patriot League All-Academic team accolades …named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

Murphy III Rookie of the Year … had six goals andthree assists for a total of nine  points … scored twogoals each against Mercer (3/6) and Colgate (3/10) … alsonetted goals against St. John’s (2/17) and Harvard (2/28)… picked up 18 ground balls … named to the PatriotLeague Academic Honor Roll.

Before Holy Cross:Three-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at Summit H.S. forcoach Jim Davidson … captain and team MVP as a senior… he recorded 34 goals, 14 assists and 70 ground balls as asenior in 2011 … earned US Lacrosse All-America, NJSIAAfirst team All-State, first team All-County, first teamAll-Conference and second team Star Ledger All-Statehonors … team won the 2011 Group 2 state championship… also a two-year member, senior captain and team MVP of thevarsity soccer and basketball teams … earned first teamAll-Conference accolades in soccer … was a National MeritScholar.

Personal: Son of John and Gery McKenna …mother played lacrosse at Georgetown … has two brothers(Conor and Jack) and one sister (Kylie) ... brother, Conor, was acaptain of the Holy Cross lacrosse team (Class of 2011) …brother, Jack, played water polo at Villanova ... majoring inEconomics.
