Eric Iskols is in his first season as the director of men’s and women’s lacrosse operation at the College of the Holy Cross in 2024.
Iskols joined the Crusaders with a great deal of administrative experience in the sport of lacrosse, including time as a club liaison for the Premier Lacrosse League. In that role he served as an ambassador between league and club for both players and coaches, while arranging all travel, food, equipment, medical needs, locker room setup and
media availability for players and coaches.
Previously, Iskols served as the program director for the Israel Lacrosse Association, where he led college and high school-aged players on an international trip to develop the sport of lacrosse in Israel. He strategized with Israeli coaches and players on new techniques to increase participation and retention, in addition to running developmental and introductory clinics for underprivileged kids.
In addition to his administrative experience, Iskols served as the head lacrosse coach at Randolph (N.J.) High School in 2021.
A 2017 graduate of Michigan State University with a bachelor’s degree in advertising, Iskols was a member of the Spartans’ club lacrosse team, including time as team captain and president.
