• Member of the CT Chargers club team for coach Jackson Kiniry
• Four-year member of the varsity wrestling team for coach Jack Conroy
• Captained the team his sophomore, junior and senior years
• Named team MVP all four years as he recorded over 100 career-wins
• Four-time league champion and four-time WNEISWA runner-up
• Placed third in New England in 2014
• Member of the Cum Laude Society and Spanish Honor Society

• Son of Brendan and Lucia Grady
• Father played baseball at Holy Cross (class of 1989)
• Mother played field hockey at Boston University (class of 1988) and made it to the Final Four
• Has three sisters (Meighan, Murphy and KC)
• Sister Meighan played three seasons of lacrosse for Holy Cross (class of 2017)
• Sister Murphy also attends Holy Cross (class of 2020)
• A psychology and economics major
