Before Holy Cross:Four-year member of the varsity lacrosse team at theGovernor’s Academy for coach Peter Bidstrup … helpedlead team to three Independent School League championships (2009,2011, 2012), including an undefeated season in 2011 …won  the team’s Coaches Award in 2012 … also afour-year letterwinner in football … earned All-Leaguehonors in football, while helping the team to an undefeated seasonand the New England Championship in 2011 … played clublacrosse for 3D New England under coach Jamie Monroe.

Personal: Son of Brian and Kathleen Hines… father played rugby at Holy Cross (Class of 1978) …has two brothers (Tom and Dan) … brother, Tom, playedlacrosse at Holy Cross (Class of 2012) … brother, Dan, playslacrosse at Bates College (Class of 2013) … has severalother relatives who attended Holy Cross … has not yetdeclared a major.
