Zach Chandler

Zach Chandler enters his first season as an assistant coach with the men's lacrosse team in 2025-26.

Before arriving at Holy Cross, Chandler served as a graduate assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Springfield College (NCAA-DIII) where he coordinated the team's defensive schemes, directed the team's defensive scouting, helped build practice plans, and directed recruiting. Last season, the team ended the year as NEWMAC Regular Season Champions, and the staff earned Coaching Staff of the Year honors. 
 
Chandler's coaching journey also includes a two-year tenure as the Program Coach/Offensive Coordinator at 3D New England, where Chandler coached and mentored the 3D New England 2026 "Red' Team that included 15 Division I commits.
  
A native of Niantic, Conn., Chandler earned his degree in government & legal studies with a minor in history from Bowdoin in 2022. While at Bowdoin, Chandler was a two-year captain, earning USILA All-American and All-New England honors as a senior. Following his time at Bowdoin, Chandler earned a graduate degree in real estate development from the University of Utah, playing a season of lacrosse for the Utes.
