Keith Euker enters his third season at Holy Cross for the 2025 season as an assistant coach after spending the 2022 season as the volunteer assistant at Boston University. There, Euker personally mentored Terrier junior faceoff specialist Conor Calderone, who earned Second Team All-Patriot League honors. During his season with the Terriers, the team was the Regular Season Champion and earned Patriot League Champion honors. The team received one First Team All-America honors, as well as seven All-Patriot League honors, including Goalie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year.
Before his time in Boston, Euker also served for six seasons as the head coach for McDaniel College. There, Euker recruited and coached 10 players who received All-Centennial Conference honors. During his tenure, he also increased the team’s average GPA from 2.4 to 3.6 and secured a Division I level sponsorship from STX, making it the only such sponsorship in all of Division III.
Prior to McDaniel, he spent two years as an Assistant Coach & Defensive Coordinator at Denison University. In his two years there, the Big Red compiled a 32-5 record and top-20 rankings in both seasons. In his first year, Euker was part of the most successful season in Denison lacrosse history, winning the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) and advancing to the NCAA Division III quarterfinals. The 2014 squad set program records for wins (19), goals (320) and assists (189) and led the nation in scoring defense, allowing just 5.8 goals per game. In his two seasons in Granville, Euker coached 18 All-NCAC honorees, including the 2014 Rookie of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, and five USILA All-Americans.
Euker spent the two previous years as the volunteer assistant at the University of Michigan as part of the staff for the Wolverines’ inaugural season at the Division I level. Serving as the goalie coach, he coached freshman goal-keeper Gerald Logan to a #1 national ranking with an average of 15.07 saves per game, as well as Eastern College Athletic Conference All-Rookie team honors.
Before his time in Ann Arbor, Euker spent two years at The University of Missouri (MCLA) as its head men’s lacrosse coach. Euker guided the squad to a 21-11 record in two years and was named Great Rivers Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2011. He coached three Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association All-American selections and produced 17 all-conference honorees, including the 2011 Offensive Player of the Year.
Prior to his career as a coach, Euker spent 10 years in the technology sector. His career began in technical recruiting but progressed through sales and ultimately to executive-level management. His last position held was as the Vice President of Business Development for a technology solutions firm.
Euker graduated from Loyola University Maryland in 1999, where he received his bachelor’s in Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. A four-year letter winner in lacrosse for the Greyhounds, Euker also competed in the 1998 NCAA Final Four.
Euker and his wife Carrie have a daughter, Sadie, and a son, Bear.
