• Played three seasons of varsity lacrosse under head coach Dan James
• Captained the team in his senior season
• Awarded the St. Jean De Brebeuf Award for character in 2016
• Led his team to win the RCAC in 2017
• Selected to the All-Greater Rochester honorable mention team in 2017
• Recipient of the McQuaid's University Award for excellence in academics and athletics
• A two-year member of the varsity track & field team under head coach Brian Sprague
• Received an Honorable Mention All-Greater Rochester (2017)
• Competed at the New Balance Nationals in 4x400m and 4x200m relays (2017)
