Jason Guerriero

Jason Guerriero is in his thirdseason as an assistant coach at Holy Cross in 2013-2014. He is aformer Northeastern captain and first team All-American.

Guerriero is a 2005 graduate ofNortheastern where he had an outstanding career with 49 goals and98 assists for 147 points, including a career-best 17 goals and 31assists for 48 points as a senior. He was the first everNortheastern player to lead Hockey East in scoring. During hiscareer, he earned numerous honors including first team All-America,first team All-Hockey East, Northeastern Male Athlete of the Year,Hockey East Len Ceglarski Sportsmanship Award, Hockey East 25thAnniversary All-Northeastern team, New England Hockey All-Star,Walter Brown Award runner-up and Northeastern Rookie of theYear.

Following graduation, Guerrierowent on to have a six-year professional hockey career, includingtwo seasons as a member of the Milwaukee Admirals of the AmericanHockey League. He played 137 career games with the Admirals as herecorded 23 goals and 52 assists for 75 points. Guerriero alsoserved as an assistant captain of the team during the 2007-2008season. He also attended the training camps of the New YorkIslanders and the Nashville Predators. In addition, Guerriero alsoplayed for teams in Finland, Auastria, Switzerland, Germany andDenmark. In the 2010-2011 season, he led the Sonderjyske HockeyClub in Denmark in scoring and was named the Player of the Monththree times.

Guerriero has spent time as a coachfor the Mass. Satellite Hockey Training Program and Power Hockey.Guerriero earned his degree from Northeastern in Sociology.

Guerriero and his wife, Dr.Jennifer Guerriero, reside in South Boston.
