Holy Cross Athletics

Blake Hailer enters his second year as director of operations of the Holy Cross men's ice hockey team in 2022-23. 

Hailer served as the program's team manager during his four years as a student at Holy Cross and brings a great deal of familiarity and experience into his new role. He also interned with the Boston Bruins during the summer of 2019 in the hockey operations and analytics department.

Hailer earned his degree in history from Holy Cross in 2021.
