Luke Osberg is in his third season as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the College of the Holy Cross in 2025-26, working directly with the men’s basketball and men’s soccer programs.
Osberg joined the Crusaders after spending eight years on the strength and conditioning staff at Harvard University from 2015-2023. During his time with the Crimson, he designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs for the men’s basketball, women’s soccer, field hockey, softball, men’s swimming, wrestling, women’s rugby, fencing, rowing and skiing teams, while assisting with football.
Prior to joining the full-time staff at Harvard, Osberg completed a year-long internship with the Crimson where he assisted with daily training for all 42 sports. He was also a teacher’s assistant at Bridgewater State University in 2014 and the head strength and conditioning coach at Middleborough High School from 2012-2013.
A 2012 graduate of Springfield College, Osberg was a four-year member of the football team while earning his bachelor’s degree in movement and sports studies. He went on to receive his master’s degree in physical education with a strength and conditioning concentration from Bridgewater State in 2015.
Osberg currently holds certifications through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as being CPR/AED certified.
Osberg resides in Worcester with his wife, Gracie and daughter, Cecelia.
