2024-2025 (Senior):
- Played in all 40 games.
- Recorded 54 points on 24 goals and 30 assists.
- Led team and Atlantic Hockey in points, goals, assists, power play goals (10), points per game (1.35).
- 54 points and 30 assists are tied for the most all-time in a single season in the Crusaders' Division I era.
- Picked up at least a point in 27 games and registered 17 multi-point efforts.
- Recorded his 100th career point on a goal in a 4-1 win against Canisius on Feb. 2.
- Finished career with 126 points on 64 goals and 62 assists in 119 games.
- Earned Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year honors, becoming the first player in Atlantic Hockey history to win the award twice.
- Earned the Atlantic Hockey Scoring Championship with 39 points on 19 goals and 20 assists in league play.
- Named to the Atlantic Hockey First Team and earned Forward of the Year honors.
- Named to the Atlantic Hockey All-Tournament Team after recording 11 points on four goals and seven assists.
2023-2024 (Junior):
- Played in all 39 games.
- Recorded 47 points on 19 goals and 28 assists.
- Led team and Atlantic Hockey in points, assists, and plus/minus.
- 47 points are tied for second-most all-time in the Crusaders' Division I era, while his 19 goals and 28 assists are tied for the fourth-highest all-time in each category.
- Finished season +23, tied for the highest mark in program history in the Division I era.
- Picked up at least a point in 31 games and registered 14 multi-point efforts.
- Earned Atlantic Hockey Player of the Year honors, becoming the first Crusader since 2006 to win the award.
- Earned the Atlantic Hockey Scoring Championship with 31 points on 20 goals and 11 assists in league play.
- Named to the Atlantic Hockey First Team.
- Became first Crusader to be named a Hobey Baker Award Top 10 Finalist.
2022-2023 (Sophomore):
- Played in 40 games.
- Recorded 21 goals and four assists for 25 points.
- 21 goals was a team-high and tied for second all-time for goals in a single season.
- Six game-winning goals was a program record, and is tied for tenth all-time for game-winning goals in a career.
- Nine goals during the AHA Tournament was an AHA record.
- Six game goal streak from March 3 - March 12 tied for longest all-time in program history.
- Recorded first collegiate goal and points at AIC (Oct. 18).
- Became 26th Crusader to post a hat trick in program history (Oct. 18 vs AIC).
BEFORE HOLY CROSS:
- Transfer from Quinnipiac University (ECAC).
- Played four seasons of varsity hockey for Don Bosco Prep.
- Captained team during the 2019 season.
- Team won the New York State Championship during the 2019 season.
- Also played club hockey for the Jersey Hitmen (NCDC).
- The team won the League Championship in 2021.
PERSONAL:
- Son of Terence and Laura McLinskey.
- Has two siblings, Ryan and Grace.
- Father, Terence, played soccer at Army West Point.
- Brother, Ryan, played baseball at Seton Hall from 2018 to 2022 and now plays for Notre Dame.
- Majoring in Economics.
