AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2016:
• Saw action in all 11 games on special teams.
• Served as the long snapper on field goals and extra points for the whole year.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2015:
• Played in all 11 games on special teams.
• Served as the long snapper on field goals and extra points for the entire season.

HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Kevin Kostibos at Summit High School in Summit, N.J.
• Served as team captain during his senior season.
• Earned first team All-Conference honors in 2013 and 2014, after being a second team selection in 2012.
• Named second team All-State Group 3 as a senior.
• Helped team win two Group 3 Section 2 titles, two Mid-State 38 Conference championships and one Union County title.
• Totaled 30 tackles with five tackles for loss during his senior year.
• Also lettered in lacrosse, helping the team to two Union County championships.

PERSONAL:
• Son of Steve and Renee Rainero.
• Has one brother (Jake) and one sister (Justine).
• Has not yet declared a major.
