AS A SENIOR IN 2018:
• Played in all 11 games at defensive tackle, starting 10 times.
• Totaled 35 tackles on the season, with 28 solo stops, two sacks and eight tackles for loss.
• Also recorded two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and a pass breakup.
• Ranked third in the Patriot League in forced fumbles, fourth in fumble recoveries and 18th in tackles for loss.
• Totaled six tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and two tackles for loss in the victory over Fordham.
• Recorded six tackles with one tackle for loss at New Hampshire.
• Made five tackles with one tackle for loss during the win at Georgetown.
• Had five tackles and two tackles for loss against Dartmouth.
• Tallied three tackles, a sack, a forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and two tackles for loss in the victory over Lehigh.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2017:
• Appeared in all 11 games as a backup defensive lineman.
• Made nine tackles on the season.
• Posted a season-high four tackles with one tackle for loss against Colgate.
• Recorded a quarterback sack and a pass breakup at Lehigh.
• Also had tackles against Bucknell, Connecticut, Monmouth and Yale.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2016:
• Saw action in all 11 games at defensive tackle, starting twice.
• Totaled 10 tackles on the season with a quarterback sack and two tackles for loss.
• Made a season-high four tackles with one sack in the victory at Morgan State.
• Had a pair of tackles and one tackle for loss against Fordham.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2015:
• Did not see any varsity action.
• Received the team’s Coaches Award, as the player who showed outstanding effort for the good of the squad in weekly preparations throughout the season.
HIGH SCHOOL:
• Played for head coach Joe Sindoni at Cicero-North Syracuse High School in Cicero, N.Y.
• Served as team captain during his senior season.
• A two-time first team All-League selection.
• Received first team All-Central New York honors as a senior.
• A four-time All-Academic selection.
• Also lettered in baseball, earning second team All-League honors.
• Named the Central New York Player of the Year in baseball as a senior, after hitting .513 with five home runs, 10 doubles and 33 runs batted in.

• Son of Todd and Dianne McArdell.
• Father was an All-America wrestler at SUNY-Cortland.
• Has one sister (Cortney).
• Majoring in Economics.
