Tom Radulski is in his fourth season as a member of the HolyCross coaching staff in 2014, and his first year as the defensiveline coach. Radulski spent the previous three years leading thelinebackers, and in 2011 he coached a pair of All-Patriot Leagueselections in C.J. Martin and Ricky Otis.
Radulski came to Holy Cross after spending 11 seasons as thedefensive coordinator at Bowdoin College. During his time atBowdoin, he coached both the linebackers and the secondary, inaddition to serving as the team’s director of footballoperations. In addition, Radulski was an assistant softball coachduring his first three years at Bowdoin, and an assistantmen’s lacrosse coach in his final eight seasons at theschool.
Prior to his time at Bowdoin, Radulski served as the head coachat Sacred Heart from 1997-1999. He led the team during itstransition from Division II to the Division I-AA level. Radulskiwas previously the head coach at UMass-Lowell from 1993-1996, whereto took a part-time club football program to the Division IIlevel.
From 1989-1992, Radulski was the defensive coordinator atColumbia. During the 1989 season, he worked alongside current HolyCross head coach Tom Gilmore, who was then serving as theLions’ defensive line coach.
Radulski’s other coaching stops include time at AlleghenyCollege, Colby College, Hamilton College and New Hampshire.
Radulski earned his bachelor’s degree in history from NewHampshire in 1979, and went on to earn a master’s degree inpublic administration from New Hampshire in 1984.
