Gordon Winicov enters his second season as the special teams quality control coach for Holy Cross in 2024.
Winicov comes to Worcester after his second stint at Division II Kutztown University, as a outside linebackers coach in 2022. While at Kutztown, Winicov produced defensive scouting reports, led the scout offense and special teams, was the video coordinator and was responsible for recruiting in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Winicov worked at his alma mater was a student assistant coach from 2017-2021.
In between his two stints at Kutzown, Winicov was a special teams/defensive quality control coach for Villanova, the 2021 CAA Champions.
Winicov graduated from Kutztown in 2021 with a bachelor of sciene in sport management & leadership studies with a minor in coaching.
