Dalton Daddona enters the 2026 season in his first year as the running backs coach, having spent one previous season as an offensive quality control coach with the Crusaders. 

Prior to his coaching career, Daddona spent five season as an offensive lineman for the Crusaders, playing a crucial role in an offensive line that perennially ranked as one of the nation’s best. He won at least a share of five consecutive Patriot League Championships throughout his playing career with the Crusaders.
