Holy Cross Athletics

Ryan Holland is in his first season as the director of operations for the Holy Cross women’s ice hockey team in 2021-22. 

Prior to his arrival in Worcester, Holland was the director of hockey operations for the Princeton women’s ice hockey team during the 2019-20 season. Holland coordinated all travel, operations and data analysis for the Tigers, who won their first ECAC Division Championship title in program history that season.

Holland graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2019 with a degree in sport management and a minor in statistics. While at UConn, Holland was a team manager for the men’s ice hockey team from 2016-19, and additionally worked as a student operations assistant in the athletic department during that time.
