Nate O'Lari joined the Holy Cross field hockey staff in the spring of 2026.
A native of Orange, Mass., competed with the USA Men's National Team from 2013-2018 as a goalkeeper, starting in multiple test series, the Youth Pan American Cup, and the Junior Pan American Cup, earning his first international cap in a matchup with an Olympic-bound Canadian squad.Â
O'Lari began his coaching career in 2015 with Cape Ann Field Hockey Club, before joining the staffs at Worcester State University and WPI. An accomplished umpire, O'Lari was named to the squads that officiated the 2016 Division III Final Four and the 2023 America East Final.Â
O'Lari currently resides in Worcester, Mass. with his fiancée and dog.
