Emily Sollecito joined the Holy Cross field hockey staff as an Assistant Coach in the spring of 2026.
A native of Watertown, Mass., previously served as a technical skills and strategy coach at WPI, focusing on running film sessions and trainings, with the intent of improving players' decision making, individual skills, and game IQ. Beyond WPI, Sollecito has been a coach with the Cape Ann Field Hockey Club since 2021.
A five-year player and four-year captain at WPI, Sollecito graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering in 2024, and is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Machine Learning from Babson College.
