• Played AAU ball for head coach Mike Crotty with the Middlesex Magic

• Father, Bill Batchelder, played football and baseball at the University of New Hampshire, and was drafted by the Oakland Athletics
• Mother, Cat Batchelder, played lacrosse at Georgetown and was the program’s second all-time leading scorer at the time of her graduation
