Kyle Dembrowski enters his first season as an assistant coach with the baseball team at Holy Cross in 2025.

Dembrowski, who will work as a hitting coach and with the catchers for the Crusaders, comes to Worcester from the Norwich Sea Unicorns, a member of the Futures Collegiate Baseball League of New England. He spent 2024 as an Associate Manager and for the upcoming 2025 season is the Field Manager. From August 2023 to May 2024 he was the catching and assistant hitting coach for Lackawanna College in Scranton, Pa., and also had stops with the Westfield Starfires of the FCBL (April 2021-August 2023), Spalding University (June 2021-May 2022) in Louisville, Ky., and Worcester State University (June 2020-May 2021). From June 2017 to May 2023, he worked at the MetroWest Sportscenter in Ashland, Mass.

A 2019 graduate of Framingham State University, Dembrowski was the Student-Athlete Advisory Council (SAAC) president and a team captain. Dembrowski appeared in 96 career games for the Rams in his four-year career, hitting .251 with a .349 on-base percentage, racking up 70 hits, including 19 for extra bases, with 43 runs batted in. In his career, he was a two-time MASCAC All-Academic Team selection.
