Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2022)

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2022: 

• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll. 
• Played in 25 games, making 20 starts. 
• Hit a double and two home runs with seven RBI. 
• Was 2-for-4 with a home run at New Mexico (2/26).
• Hit a home run in playoff game at Army (5/14). 

BEFORE HOLY CROSS: 

• Played three varsity seasons at Central Bucks East under Kyle Dennis. 
• Team captain as a senior. 
• Named team’s defensive MVP as a sophomore and senior.
• Second team all-league selection as a senior.
• Led team in on-base percentage during senior year, while leading team in fielding percentage as a sophomore and senior.
• Held a 4.4 grade-point average.
• Member of National Honor Society, class council and choir at Central Bucks East.
• Served as head of public relations for class council and choir.

PERSONAL: 

• Son of Marshall and Cheryl Whinney.
• Has two siblings (Marshall and Caroline).
• Majoring in psychology.
