• His 19 points tied for 10th all-time by a defenseman in the team's Division I era
• Ranked fifth on the team with a plus three
• His three assists in the 6-4 win versus No. 20 Union tied for 10th all-time in school history
• Won the team's Michael P. Quinn Defensive Player of the Year Award

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2015-2016:

• Played in 34 games
• Tallied three goals and 10 assists for 13 points
• Was fourth on the team in plus/minus at +12
• Earned first career point against AIC (11/24) with an assist in a 3-0 victory
• Scored first collegiate goal with the game-winner in the 3-2 overtime victory over Niagara (11/28) and also had one assist in the game
• Netted the game-winning goal in the 4-3 win versus Princeton (1/2) at the DCU Center
• Member of the defense that allowed only 2.11 goals per conference game, the fewest allowed by the team in 13 years of Atlantic Hockey
• Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Week (12/1)

BEFORE HOLY CROSS:

• Member of the Notre Dame Hounds of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) for coach Clint Mylymok
• Assistant captain for the 2014-2015 season
• Won SJHL Defenseman of the Year for the 2014-2015 season.

• In the 2013-2014 season, he played in 56 games with four goals and 26 assists for 30 points

• Won the team's 2013-2014 Top Offensive Defenseman

• Attended high school at Athol Murray College of Notre Dame

PERSONAL:

• Son of Doug Trapp and Erin McLeod 
• His father was drafted by the Buffalo Sabres and saw action in the 1986-1987 season, while he won the 1987 Calder Cup with the Rochester Americans (AHL)
• Has two brothers (Bear and Joel) and one sister (Brittani)
• His brother Bear was a four-year member of the hockey team at Sacred Heart from 2005-2009
