2025 (Junior):

• Appeared in all 15 games, starting 13.
• Scored 21 points on 20 goals and an assist.
• Recorded hat tricks against Bucknell (3/1) and at Loyola (Md.) (4/12).
• Picked up ten ground balls and caused three turnovers.

2024 (Sophomore):

• Appeared in all 13 games, starting seven.
• Finished third on the team with 18 points on 13 goals and five assists.
• Picked up 14 ground balls and caused four turnovers.
• Named Crusader of the Week after scoring four goals and picking up an assist at UMass Lowell (2/10).

2023 (Freshman):

• Played in 11 games.
• Made collegiate debut at Merrimack (2/8).
• Recorded first collegiate goal at Syracuse (2/12) and first collegiate assist at Loyola (Md.) (4/1).
• Picked up a ground ball at Boston University (3/18).
• Named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

• Played three years of varsity lacrosse at Ridgewood under head coach Mike Pounds.
• Served as a team captain as a senior.
• Led the team in scoring as a junior with 60 points, and as a senior with 70 points.
• First Team All-League selection in 2021 and 2022.
• First Team All-Group selection in 2021 and 2022.
• First Team All-County selection in 2021 and 2022.
• First Team All-State selection in 2021 and 2022.
• Also competed with the New Jersey Riot under head coach Bryan Armstrong.
• Named to the Under Armour All-American UnderClass Team in 2021, as well as the Under Armour All-American All-Tournament Team.
• Also played two seasons of football at Ridgewood as an outside linebacker and wide receiver.
• Team won the 2019 Group 5 State Championship.
• Four year Honor Roll selection.
• Member of the National Society of High School Scholars.

• Son of Doug and Mollie Messineo.
• Has three brothers, Charlie, Andrew, and Max.
• Brother, Charlie, played lacrosse at Colgate.
• Brother, Andrew, plays football at Georgetown.
• Majoring in economics.
• Hopes to pursue a job in finance and banking in the future.
