HONORS & AWARDS:
Patriot League Academic Honor Roll (2019, 2020)

AS A SENIOR IN 2020: 

• Appeared in four games as a reserve safety. 
• Had a fumble recovery at Lehigh (3/13). 
• Recorded a tackle in FCS first round game at South Dakota State (4/24).
• Shortened season played during Spring 2021 due to COVID-19.
• Named to Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2019:

• Saw action in nine games, as a backup in the secondary and on special teams.
• Made three solo tackles on the season.
• Recorded two tackles at Syracuse.
• Had one tackle in the win at Fordham.
• Selected to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2018:

• Played in all 11 games at cornerback, starting six times.
• Totaled 26 tackles on the season, including 23 solo stops and one tackle for loss.
• Also posted two pass breakups and a fumble recovery.
• Made four tackles and broke up a pass against Dartmouth.
• Recorded four solo tackles with one tackle for loss against Bucknell.
• Had three tackles with a fumble recovery at Harvard.
• Made four tackles against both Boston College and Colgate.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2017:

• Saw action in 10 games, as a backup cornerback and on special teams.
• Totaled seven tackles on the season.
• Recorded three solo tackles and a pass breakup in the victory over No. 9 New Hampshire.
• Posted two tackles during the win over Georgetown.
• Also made tackles against Dartmouth and Monmouth.

HIGH SCHOOL:

• Played for head coach Dameon Powell at Charles H. Flowers High School in Springdale, Md.
• Served as team captain during his senior season.
• Recorded 42 tackles and two interceptions during his senior season.
• Selected to play in the Maryland Crab Bowl and the Big 33 Football Classic.
• Named one of the top 75 players in Maryland by rivals.com.
• Also lettered in track.

PERSONAL:

• Son of Ty and Renee Hicks.
• Has a twin brother (Jacoby).
• Majoring in Sociology.
