Junior quarterback David Lynch has been named the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday, Sept. 28. 

Lynch led the Crusaders' highest scoring output of the season, a 38-30 Patriot League victory over Lafayette on Saturday, Sept. 26. He passed for a career-best four touchdowns — the most by a Holy Cross quarterback since the 2024 season — and totaled 230 yards on 22 completions. 

This season, Lynch leads the Patriot League with 1,092 passing yards and eight passing touchdowns. 

Holy Cross continues conference action on Saturday, Oct. 3 at William and Mary. Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. in Williamsburg, Va.
