Holy Cross Student-Athlete Advisory Committee announces 2026-27 executive board

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Holy Cross Student-Athlete Advisory Committee has named its executive board for the 2026-27 academic year. Rising senior Hannah Griffin of the women's basketball team will serve as president, rising senior Maddy Clark of the field hockey team will be vice president, rising senior Grace Batemen of the women's track & field/cross country team will serve as secretary, rising senior Alex Oladapo of the men's soccer team will be chief of staff, rising senior Paul Korian of the men's lacrosse team will serve as the community outreach coordinator, and rising senior Lily Eigner of the volleyball team will take the title of marketing chair.

Griffin, a guard on the women's basketball team, has been a motivated member of SAAC during her time on The Hill.
Dashiell on Griffin: "Hannah takes over the reins as the SAAC President for the 26/27 academic year and has already hit the ground running. Stepping up is definitely not something new to Hannah and she has already proven to be a team-first Crusader with plenty of ideas, connections and influence. I am excited about Hannah's journey for the upcoming year."

Clark, a goalkeeper on the field hockey team, brings experience to the executive board.
Dashiell on Clark: "So happy to have Maddy back as a member of our E-Board. Maddy is our SAAC E-Board veteran who has been a major component of our communication and creative efforts over the past 3 years. Her experience and innovation will be vital for SAAC going into her senior year."

Bateman, a distance runner of the women's track & field team, has been an active member of the committee during her time as a student-athlete.
Dashiell on Bateman: "Grace has brought nothing but positive energy since joining SAAC. She's among the first to volunteer for events and does it with an infectious smile."

Oladapo, a defender on the men's soccer team, brings a different perspective to the committee.
Dashiell on Oladapo: "You can see how much Alex cares about the students here at Holy Cross. As a transfer in his 3rd year at the College he brings a unique perspective to the student-athlete experience."

Korian, a defender on the men's lacrosse team, unites the committee.
Dashiell on Korian: "Paul is super thoughtful and is always thinking of ways to improve the overall experience for his fellow Crusaders. He is a team-first kind of guy and always steps up when it comes to participating in community service events."

Eigner, an outside hitter on the volleyball team, is a strong advocate for the student-athlete experience.
Dashiell on Eigner: "Lily has been a champion for athlete mental health needs for a few years now and I am sure that will be at the forefront of many of her efforts for the upcoming year."
