WORCESTER, Mass. – Holy Cross head women's basketball coach Candice Green has announced the addition of Nick Dicciani as an assistant coach for the 2026-27 season.
Dicciani comes to Worcester after spending the 2025-26 season as a coaching associate at Villanova University. During his time with the Wildcats, Dicciani coordinated player development and assisted with game-day scouting, helping Villanova post a 23-6 regular-season record and earn an NCAA Tournament berth.
"We are thrilled to announce the addition of Nick Dicciani to our staff, said Coach Green. "Nick is a young assistant with a lot of energy and an infectious personality! He brings balance to our staff with his knowledge of analytics and player development. Coming from Villanova, he understands the dedication and sacrifices needed to be successful. His thirst for information will make him an excellent addition to our staff."
Prior to Villanova, Dicciani was a trainer at the Danny Cooper Basketball Academy in Philadelphia from 2024-25, providing individual skill development and instruction to athletes of all ages.
Dicciani also has experience in professional basketball, working as a statistics auditor for the NBA G League from 2023-25. In his time with the league, he verified game statistics for more than 300 contests, managed live data during league events, and assisted with player development activities at the NBA Combine and G League Elite Camp.
From 2022-24, he served as the Director of Operations and Head Basketball Scout for Siegel Sports & Entertainment, creating player profiles and scouting reports for NBA, professional, and collegiate athletes.
Dicciani graduated from Temple University in 2023, earning a degree in sports and recreation management.
