Nora Smillie have all been named nominees for the winter Allstate Good Works Team, as announced by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics. These eight Crusaders are among 180 student-athletes from winter sports teams around the nation who have been nominated for the squad, based on excellence in academics, athletics and the community.
Boston has totaled 430 points, 120 assists and 113 rebounds in his career, while hitting 41.8 percent of his three-point attempts. Off the court, he has volunteered with Working for Worcester, the Nativity School and Team Impact, in addition to assisting at many youth basketball clinics. Boston was also named to the 2024-2025 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Cantelon has played in 108 career games for the Crusaders, totaling 14 points on five goals and nine assists while blocking 124 shots. She serves as a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters, in addition to volunteering with Girls Inc of Worcester, Substance Use & Recovery and the Junior Crusaders. In the classroom, Cantelon is a two-time selection to the Academic All-Hockey East team.
Donnelly has totaled 479 points, 529 rebounds and and 171 assists during her collegiate career, and rankedthird in the Patriot League in three-point percentage (39.1) during the 2024–2025 season. She has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, Notre Dame Health Care Hospice Center and Team Impact, in addition to serving as a Morgan's Message campus ambassador and a mentor with Athlete to Athlete Worcester. Donnelly is also a three-time selection to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Larkin has posted career best times of 4:22.16 in the mile, 8:31.7 in the 3,000 meters and 15:08.35 in the 5,000 meters. He has participated in the Holy Cross Office of Sustainability campus clean-up and took part in a Guatemala service trip, in addition to volunteering at the Crusader Community Festival, the Xavier Leadership Institute and the Hartford Marathon Foundation.
Michael ranks among the top 10 all-time at Holy Cross in the 100-yard butterfly (49.54), 200-yard butterfly (1:50.54), 200-yard freestyle (1:43.97), and 200-yard individual medley (1:51.48). He has also been active in the community, participating in Swim Across America, Working for Worcester and Trunk or Treat at the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester. In the classroom, he is a three-time selection to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Pickett owns career-best times of 3:18.72 in the 1,000 meters, 5:39.15 in the mile and 11:55.83 in the 3,000 meters. She serves as a mentor with the LUK Crisis Center, where she is paired with an 11-year-old girl from Worcester for weekly outings and community activities. Pickett has also volunteered with Girls Inc. of Worcester, Why Me and Sherry's House, and has participated in the Girls on the Run 5K. In addition, she has been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
Seymour has played in 108 career games for the Crusaders, totaling 46 points on 19 goals and 27 assists. In the community, he has been involved in the Be The Match bone marrow drive, in addition to assisting with campus freshman move-in, coaching a free youth clinic, taking part in campus clean-up efforts and coordinating the team's Movember campaign. Seymour is a two-time selection to the Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team.
Smillie ranks in the top 10 all-time at Holy Cross in the 50-yard freestyle (23.68), 100-yard freestyle (52.00) and 100-yard butterfly (58.30). A member of the Holy Cross Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, Smillie has contributed to the community through events such as the Crusader Community Festival, Swim Across America and Trunk or Treat at the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester. She is also a three-time selection to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll.
The 20-member Good Works Team for winter sports will be announced later in February, including 10 female and 10 male student-athletes.
