The 2025 Academic All-District football teams, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC), recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
Dansdill appeared in 11 games this season, totaling 17 tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss and three quarterback hurries. He also had an interception with an eight-yard return against New Hampshire on Sept. 6. An accounting major, Dansdill owns a 3.58 grade-point average and has been named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll multiple times.Â
McSweeney played in all 12 games for the Crusaders, making seven total starts; he scored a six-yard touchdown in Holy Cross' Patriot League opener against Fordham. He is an economics major and has recorded a 3.66 cumulative GPA, earning Patriot League Academic Honor Roll laurels.
Moss handled punting and holding duties for Crusaders in all 12 games this season. He punted 64 times this year for a total of 2,441 yards, and his season-long of 67 yards came at Richmond on Oct. 18. He later earned Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week honors for his performance in that game; he averaged 45.1 yards per punt on seven attempts, also pinning a 56-yard punt at Richmond's three-yard line to help preserve the Crusaders' lead late in the fourth quarter. Moss owns a 3.83 GPA as an economics major, and earned Academic All-Patriot League honors this season.Â
Owens was a 2025 All-Patriot League second team honoree. Converting from tight end to long snapper in the offseason, Owens handled all long snapping duties for the Crusaders in all 12 games in 2025. He was part of a kicking and punting operation that earned Special Teams Player of the Week accolades from the conference twice this season. He owns a 3.61 cumulative GPA and is an economics major. Owens is now a three-time Academic All-District honoree.Â
