Holy Cross Athletics, in conjunction with Holy Cross Dining, has opened a new student-athlete nutrition station — at the revamped Crucessions 'Sader Kitchen — at the Luth Athletic Complex.
Holy Cross hosted a grand opening and ribbon cutting for the new nutrition station on the first day of classes on Tuesday, Aug. 27.
The nutrition station was created based on direct feedback from student-athletes, who expressed a need for accessible breakfasts at the Luth Athletic Complex following early-morning workouts. The station will be open to student-athletes from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., with a variety of homemade, protein-packed options:

The existing concession stands at the Luth Athletic Complex were entirely renovated with state-of-the-art equipment to not only serve student-athletes in the mornings, but also to enhance and elevate the concessions experience for fans attending Holy Cross basketball and ice hockey contests.
