Holy Cross announces football game day experience updates

Holy Cross Athletics has announced multiple updates regarding the football game day experience entering the 2024 season.

SIDELINE CHANGE
Beginning in 2024, the Holy Cross sideline — and subsequently, the "home" fan section — will be relocated to the north side of the stadium, the opposite of what it has been in previous years.

The same seating types will be maintained behind the new Holy Cross bench, including reserved cushion, reserved bleacher, and general admission. Season ticket members will continue to have first priority during the seat selection process.

This decision to adjust the home sideline was made in conjunction with members of the Holy Cross coaching, facilities, equipment, external relations and sports medicine staff, in addition to fan focus groups and alumni.

Among the many benefits to this change that this group identified:
  • Increased accessibility for fans entering Gate D from Freshman Field parking – the path to this side of the stadium prevents walking uphill – in addition to ramp access
  • Guests utilizing the handicap accessible platform will have the opportunity to be a part of the action on the home sideline
  • Proximity to home locker room — particularly, in the event of injury, student-athletes will be closer to their respective locker rooms and sports medicine areas
