The Holy Cross women's basketball team will welcome Patriot League opponent Colgate to the Hart Center Arena Saturday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. for a Senior Day and Title IX celebration. The contest will stream live through ESPN3.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT HOLY CROSS (18-7, 10-4 PL):
- Following an eight game win streak, the Crusaders have lost four of their last six games including a 66-59 setback to CollegeInsider.Com Mid-Major no. 22 Boston University Wednesday evening. The Terriers rallied from a 15 point second quarter deficit to secure the victory. Freshman Kaitlyn Flanagan totaled 10 points, a career-high matching four assists while shooting 4-of-5 (80%) from the field.
- Against BU, senior Addisyn Cross came away with her 100th career steal. This year, Cross is averaging a career-high 1.6 steals per game which is tied for sixth in the conference.
- Junior Bronagh Power-Cassidy was named Patriot League Honorable Mention for the fourth time this season on Monday. The guard averaged 19.0 points, 4.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.0 steals per game on 50% (14-of-28) shooting and 46.7% (7-of-15) three-point efficiency.
- Power-Cassidy has been selected Patriot League Honorable Mention for the third straight week. Over that stretch, she averaged 18.8 points, 5.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, and 1.0 steals per game while converting field goals at a 52.1% (37-of-71) clip and hitting three-pointers at a 41.4% (12-of-29) rate.
- Power-Cassidy needs only one more three-pointer for 100 in her collegiate career. Earlier this season, Power-Cassidy recorded her 500th career point at Dartmouth (11/27) and her 750th career marker at home versus American (2/11).
SCOUTING THE RAIDERS (12-13, 6-8 PL):
- After beginning conference play 4-2, the Raiders have gone 2-6 over the last eight contests and have lost two straight including a 50-47 loss to Army West Point in overtime on Wednesday morning. The Raiders came back down seven in the fourth to force OT, but was outscored 3-to-0 in the extra frame. Tiasia McMillan was one rebound shy of a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds.
- Over the last eight games, Colgate has been held under 50 points in five of those eight games, all losses. They have averaged only 50.1 points per game on 33.8% (161-of-476) shooting and 16.3% (14-of-86) three-point efficiency.
- The Raiders have doubled their win total from six (2021-22) to 12 (2022-23) under second year head coach Ganiyat Adeduntan. Colgate has struggled on the road 9-20 (.310) on the road during her tenure.
- This contest will feature two of the top defenses in the Patriot League. Holy Cross leads the league in scoring defense at 55.0 points per game while ranking second in field goal percentage defense (37.2%) and tied for fourth in three-point percentage defense (29.2). Colgate is the conference leader in three-point percentage defense (25.7%), is second in scoring defense (55.1), and fourth in field goal percentage defense (40.3%).
LAST TIME THEY MET:
- Holy Cross is 61-10 (.859) in the series history against Colgate dating back to 1991.
- The Crusaders are 8-3 (.727) over their last 11 meeting versus the Raiders including a 59-49 decision back on Jan. 18, 2023. Holy Cross rallied from an eight point first quarter deficit for the win.
- The Crusaders are 33-4 (.892) in the Hart Center Arena against the Raiders.
