SOUTHAMPTON, N.Y. — Junior Nolan Schuermann finished 5th individually as the Holy Cross men's golf team conclude the the fall season in 7th place at the Veterans Intercollegiate at Sebonack Golf Club.
Schuermann had a standout performance in round one shooting a 69 and shot a 77 on the final day of competition for a 146 (+2) final score which gave him 5th place.
After two rounds of the 36-hole course, the Crusaders finished with a score of 612 (+36) as a team.

"Nolan Schuermann played extremely well and earned his first top five finish as a Crusader. He also made his first ever hole-in-one on the 12th hole at Sebonack in a practice round on Saturday," said director of golf, Steve Napoli. "During our fall campaign we were able to identify skills we can work on throughout the winter to prepare for the spring season which begins in February."
