The Holy Cross men's basketball team will head to Boston on Monday, Jan. 31, to face Boston University at 7:00 p.m. The contest between the Crusaders and the Terriers will be shown live to a national audience on the CBS Sports Network.

Holy Cross enters the week with an overall record of 4-15 and an 2-5 mark in the Patriot League. The Crusaders are coming off a 67-65 victory over Lehigh on Friday night, where they rallied from eight points down with less than 10 minutes remaining to earn the win. Holy Cross currently ranks third in the Patriot League in blocked shots (3.8 blocks per game), while standing fourth in steals (6.7 steals per game).

Senior forward Gerrale Gates has led the team by averaging 15.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game, while hitting 75.7 percent of his foul shots. Freshman guard Kyrell Luc has also been playing well, with averages of 11.9 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.6 steals per contest. In addition, sophomore guard Judson Martindale has averaged 9.8 points and 4.1 boards per game.

Boston University currently has an overall record of 15-8 on the season, including a 6-4 mark in the Patriot League. The Terriers have won their last four games, and are coming off a 76-72 victory over Colgate on Friday. Senior guard Javante McCoy has led the team by averaging 16.5 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game, while hitting 46.9 percent of his three-point attempts. Senior forward Sukhmail Mathon has put up 15.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per contest, with senior forward Walter Whyte contributing 12.7 points and 6.2 boards per game. 

After the contest with Boston University, Holy Cross will travel to Army for a 1:00 p.m. game on Saturday, Feb. 5.
