Women’s track and field runs past Boston College on Senior Day

WORCESTER, Mass— The Holy Cross women's track and field team bested the Boston College Eagles, 102-62, in a dual meet on Senior Day at Hart Track. The Crusaders had 11 individual first-place finishers and one relay win.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Jordyn Shubrick won the shot put with a 11.12m mark and the hammer throw with personal best mark of 47.12m.
  • Vanessa Attaya claimed a second-place finish in the hammer throw with a personal best mark of 40.96m.
  • Cymeria Robshaw (5.49m) and Eva McCool-Gugielmo (5.38m) posted a 1-2 finish in the long jump.
  • Madison Howland posted a personal best time of 12.94 to win the 100 meter dash.
  • Kate Ashley made her outdoor debut in the 200 meters, winning the event in a time of 26.22.
  • Marina Mackinnon continued on with her 800 meter dominance, posting another first-place finish in a season-best time of 2:13.16.
