Patriot League football major awards and All-League teams were voted on by League football head coaches who competed during the spring 2021 season. Coaches could not vote for their student-athletes or themselves.
Sluka finished the regular season with 13 carries for 151 yards and two touchdowns, while also passing for 33 yards and one touchdown. He was named Patriot League Rookie of the Week on March 29 after rushing for a pair of touchdowns and throwing for a third score in a comeback win over Fordham. His 151 rushing yards against the Rams was the most by a Holy Cross rookie since 1976. He finished second in the League in rushing yards (151) while posting a League-high 11.6 yards per carry.
Foley earned All-Patriot League first team honors for the third straight season. He has started both of the Crusaders' games this season at left tackle, helping propel Holy Cross to a Patriot League-leading 205.0 rushing yards per game and a conference-best 27.0 points per game.
Ng connected on all six of his extra-point attempts this season while also making four field goals, leading the Patriot League with an average of nine points per game. In the Crusaders' victory against Lehigh on March 13, Ng broke a program record with a 51-yard field goal against the Mountain Hawks, and was named the Patriot League Special Teams Player of the Week as a result.

Dobbs was named to the All-Patriot League first team after earning a second team nod in 2019. He recorded 19 tackles in two games this season, including 15 solo tackles, while his average of 7.5 solo tackles per game ranks fourth among all FCS players. He was named the Stats Perform FCS National Defensive Player of the Week and Patriot League Defensive Player of the Week following the Fordham game, after recording 12 tackles, including nine solo tackles and 1.5 tackles for loss.
Smith started both contests at cornerback this year, and led the Patriot League with an interception in each game. He additionally recorded a pair of pass breakups against Fordham to lead the Patriot League with an average of 2.0 passes defended per game.
Kortebein appeared in both contests this season for the Crusaders on special teams and at running back, earning a first team selection for the special teams non-specialist position. He recorded three tackles and rushed for 44 yards on the year.
Oliver appeared in both of Holy Cross' games this year at running back, ranking second on the team with 101 rushing yards. He averaged 7.1 yards per carry, the second-best mark in the conference.
Asante earned second team honors for the second straight season. He recorded a touchdown in the Crusaders' season opener at Lehigh, with 34 receiving yards in that game.
