Rachel Perry scored in overtime to lift the Holy Cross field hockey team to a 3-2 victory over Colgate at the Hart Turf Field. The Crusaders improve to 5-6 overall and 1-3 in the Patriot League with the win, while the Raiders fall to 0-9 on the year and 0-3 in the conference.

Keely Smith. Perry then won the game for Holy Cross 2:56 into overtime, scoring off a pass from junior forward

Emma Lauber made eight saves on the night, including a diving stop early in overtime to keep the Crusaders in the game. Anna Unger had four saves for the Raiders.
Holy Cross returns to action on Monday, Oct. 11, when they travel to UMass Lowell for a 1:00 p.m. game.
