Chris Conlin of the Holy Cross men's lacrosse team was named to the 2020 Inside Lacrosse/Maverik Men's Division I All-American team, earning Honorable Mention recognition on Wednesday, April 1.
Conlin led all Division I players in 2020 with an average of 2.86 caused turnovers per game, and led the Crusaders' defense to rank fourth nationally in caused turnovers per game (10.43). His strongest showing came against Providence on Feb. 8, when he caused a career-high seven turnovers against the Friars. Conlin finished with 20 total caused turnovers in the abbreviated 2020 campaign, recording multiple caused turnovers in six of his seven contests.
Additionally, Conlin tallied 27 ground balls for the Crusaders, the second most on the team, and ranked 13
th in the Patriot League in ground balls per game (3.86). He had a season-high nine ground balls in the team's Patriot League opener at Army on Feb. 29.
