WORCESTER, Mass. - Holy Cross head football coach Bob Chesney has announced the addition of 14 student-athletes to his team's roster during the early signing period on Wednesday, Dec. 16. 

"We are thrilled to welcome the 14 newest members of our Holy Cross football family," Chesney said. "Today marks the end of a long, intense process — these young men were able to persevere through the most unusual of circumstances. We look forward to their immediate futures being productive, and we are just as excited for the long-term futures they are securing by choosing Holy Cross.

"As abnormal as this may have been, the world will return to normal one day soon, and that includes winning championships here at Holy Cross."

The student-athletes joining Holy Cross hail from seven different states, including five players from New England and five from New Jersey. The class includes three offensive linemen, one quarterback, one running back, one tight end, one wide receiver, three defensive linemen, three defensive backs and one linebacker.
